Name, mobile, email, delivery and billing addresses, GSTIN (business buyers), order history, and basic device and usage data.
2. How we use it
To process and deliver orders, issue GST invoices, provide support, prevent fraud, and send updates you have agreed to.
3. Payments
Card, UPI and netbanking details are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card number.
6. Retention
Order and invoice records are kept as required by Indian tax law. Other data is deleted when no longer needed.
7. Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data and withdraw consent for marketing at any time from your account or by contacting us.
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and stored on secured infrastructure with restricted access. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes.
